Please use number 1 kilchiaran cottages in google maps, please be aware that gearach has used 1 kikchiaran farm in there adress as well so plase drive past gearach and carry on untill you come down a steep hill and see a semi circular farm.

The Islay Festival transforms the island with a full programme of traditional music, whisky tasting, ceilidh's, Gaelic lessons and golf. Fèis Ìle has grown up from a celebration of Gaelic language and culture to a full-blown festival.

Sehr schöne, saubere Doppelhaushälfte, in naturnaher Umgebung, nahe eines Bauernhofes. Am Anreisetag wurde uns das Nötigste vom Vermieter persönlich und freundlich erklärt. Um in die grösseren Orte (Port Ellen und Bowmore) zugelangen, sollte man aber schon etwas Fahrzeit einrechnen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt, abgesehen vom stürmischen Wetter, sehr genossen.

The cottage is spacious and clean. David was an excellent host. The location is very close to a nearby beach (5 min walk). The cottage was exactly what we wanted for our stay during the Féis Ile.
