It is modern, spacious, comfy, open-plan, functional, and clean. Three-seaters Sofa-bed, so you can sleep 3 (persons) comfortably or a maximum sleeps 4 (persons) tightly.
Please let the host know as there is a small fee for extra guests). The space Living room/kitchenette area: *Kitchen worktop/ breakfast bar sitting space. *3 seater Sofa-bed *TV table stand and TV *Wall mounted Electric heater - fire effect (choice of 3 colours). *Side coffee table and comfy chair. * Fire alarm *Fire extinguisher Bedroom: *Double bed *Bedside table *Open-plan wardrobe *Mirror *Wall-mounted electric heater *Remote fan (electric) Shower room: *Spacious and beautiful shower enclosure. *Heated Towel rail *Washing worktop + basin, and drawers. *Mirror *Toilet *Extraction Fan wall mounted. Guest access Full private access to Ivy guest house, garden bench and coffee garden table, located behind the guest house at the end of the footpath.
