Spire House is a lovely Grade 11 Listed Georgian House in the centre of the medieval city of Salisbury. Facing the Cathedral Close Wall it offers some spectacular views of the Cathedral. Its a large house with 3 Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. With a spacious and beautifully decorated Drawing Room, cosy TV room and colourful Breakfast/Dinning room. The newly installed large modern Kitchen is attractive and functional. The house has a fully equipped Utility Room and a separate toilet. The stylish Hallway leads out into the fascinating city of Salisbury. Our Kitchen door opens into a peaceful Walled Garden. Spire House was run as a B&B for over 20 years and is well equipped to cater for visitors needs. Every room has been carefully and beautifully decorated and the furnishing are of a very high standard.
Parking in the city is easy, resident parking areas are available and the parking permits are organised online in advance.
Spire House has extensive fire alarms, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers plus additional safety features.
