A beautiful and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom south-facing townhouse situated just a five-minutes walk from the beach, with a roof terrace, front and back patio, large outdoor communal pool immediately across the road, and an attractive garden area.
Upon arrival at the property, you are greeted with a beautiful spacious front patio with overhanging bougainvillea, outdoor furniture, and space to park a vehicle. On entering the property, you step into the open-plan living and dining area with fireplace, and comfy furnishings. You then continue on to the downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower, and the kitchen beyond. The kitchen is fully kitted with a cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine! Through the kitchen you can access the back patio which has an outdoor table, chairs, umbrella, and BBQ area.
Upstairs, at the front of the property you have one double bedroom with a door out on to a small Juliet balcony, and along the corridor is a newly tiled bathroom with full-size bath, shower and bidet. You then move to the twin-bedded room at the back. Both bedrooms have ample cupboard space. From the back bedroom, there is an outdoor stairwell leading up to a large sunroof terrace, complete with sunbeds and panoramic views of the sea to the left and the mountains to the right.
The property has British and Spanish TV Channels, Satellite Cable, Stereo and excellent Wi-Fi with a speed of 500+ Mbps.
This is a no smoking property. Small pets allowed. No minimum age limit - families welcome.

We stayed for 18 days in June/July.In a lovely area, within a few minutes walk of some local bars & restaurants. We spent most evenings in San Pedro & Baobab. Lovely food and drinks in both.The house has everything that you could need. We utilised all 3 outside areas. The front is nice to cool down. The back and roof terrace are great for the sun.Good communication from the owner

Great location, got the sun all day, parking space, comfortable clean beds, efficient air-conditioning, a few minutes walk to the beach restaurants and bars. Loved it, highly recommended.
