Completely self-contained ground floor holiday casita, forming part of a large old cortijo, set on a small private road with 4 houses.

The house is set amongst pine and eucalyptus trees and has wonderful sea views from the large sunbathing terrace on the roof.

Guests also have the use of a large barbecue area on the first floor of the property.

It is within walking distance of Mojacar beach and a 5 minute drive from the historic Mojacar Pueblo dating back to the fifteenth century.

Less than a five minute walk away is a small Carrefour supermarket and a very good Italian restaurant.

Both the beach and the village offer lots of shops, restaurants and bars.

The living area has a large sofa bed and there is a second bathroom off this room. There are French windows leading outside, a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette, with large fridge/freezer, small oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc.

Guests are very welcome to have private use of the larger terrace, on the second floor.

There is A/C in the fliving room and bedroom, and Wifi.
