The host was helpful when we adjusted our dates, moved a day advance. The house was not far away from Durham city center. The overall condition was fine. However, there was problem with its internet access because the router was not working! The cooking utensils were bad and the cooking pan was burned!

Very dissapointed on this stay. Would not stay if I knew it will cause problems. The property on it self was nice. However, there was DEPOSIT which has never been returned! I have tried to contact the owner. No reply to 2 emails sent, rang to the owner and she asked for my bank details, however deposit has not been returned with no expalations and no replies. AVOID and DON'T BOOK!
