Object is part of a few same houses built around a nice and very clean pool. Interieur is nothing special but good enough. A/C's work very well and efficiency can be enforced by ceiling ventilators. For parking it is better to use a mo re public one on the other side as there is a quite big bump to ...

Nice house on a perfect location. But there is fungus in the shower and you can hear everthing your neighbours say.
