Surrounded by majestic oak trees, Casabelladona isn’t just a home; it’s a serene retreat that offers tranquility and convenience. Breathe in the fresh forest air while being just a 3-minute walk from the FGC station, Barcelona’s best transportation option for exploring the city with frequent service and comfort. You can reach the charming neighborhoods of Sarrià and Sant Cugat in just 5 minutes, while Plaza Catalunya is a quick 15-minute ride.
Casabelladona features two spacious floors. The upper floor includes three bedrooms, a small studio, a bathroom, and a terrace with lovely views of the park. The lower floor offers a self-contained bedroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and an open-concept kitchen-dining area. The expansive garden terrace surrounds the villa, providing numerous spots to relax, read, play table tennis, or enjoy barbecues.
Additionally, we offer a stunning 100-meter loft, ideal for hosting courses, classes, or corporate and family meetings. This versatile space is perfect for blending work with leisure, making it an excellent choice for creative and cultural activities or gatherings. An additional fee applies.
