The property is fully equipped for your holiday and has an open plan living, dining area and kitchen area. In the living room there is a TV with local channels and a dvd player along with a number of dvd's available.

There are two good sized bedrooms, one with a Queen sized double bed the other with two large singles. There is also a TV and dvd player in the one bedroom
The living room and both bedroom patio doors open out onto a large balcony that runs the length of the property and has a table and chairs along with sunbeds. The balcony also over looks the communal pool
The property is ideally suited on the Universal Area and is within walking distance of Paphos harbour as well as having a regular bus service to the harbour. Just a few minutes walk from the apartment there is a small mini market, a fruit market and a lovely bar/restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout with 3 new air conditioners installed in 2017.
The beautiful sandy beach is just a 7 minute drive away or 20 to 25 minutes walk.
Car hire upon request subject to availability. Airport transfer can be arranged subject to availability. Costs of both services can be provided further to enquiry.

The apartment was a good size, with very comfortable beds and air conditioning throughout, the balcony area was very spacious, with areas for shade or sun overlooking the quiet pool, the complex was very quiet of a night and a great base to explore Paphos and the surrounding area, communication with the host was excellent and faultless. We had a great relaxing break at the apartment.

Had a fantastic stay. We all really enjoyed it, brilliant location although it’s not a walk into Paphos, not for me anyway.
