Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage.
If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage. All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation.

The house is well located and pleasant to live in. The pool is great. The kitchen was not very clean and we had ants in our food even though it was preserved in a box. The rest of the house was clean.

Une petite maison propre dans une station balnéaire très touristique. Bien équipée, avec une Clim très efficace, un petit jardin et une piscine. Le tout entretenu par une équipe très professionnelle et disponible, à deux pas de la plage. Commerces à 100m, un quart d’heure de voiture de ciutadella. Bref, efficace.
