Wyvern house is a large, modern, spacious and contemporary house located within a quiet and peaceful area in the town of Bude, Cornwall. 2 of Cornwall's finest sandy beaches are just 5-10 mins walk from the house and the towns amenities are also within a few mins walk.
Key Features: Sleeps up to 18 persons, 8 bedrooms, 6 shower/bathrooms (3 En-suite), off-road parking for up to 8 cars, Free WiFi, Hot Tub for up to 5 persons at a time, Sauna for up to 8 persons at a time, Childrens Play Room complete with Pool table, Arcade Video games console with over 60 games, 50" TV ideal for games consoles such as Playstation and XBox (not provided), Free use of 8ft beginner surfboards and Bodyboards.
To the rear of the house there are private (secured) large garden area's and a large level decked area, all of which are south facing with large level decked area incorporating outdoor tables and chairs for fantastic sun trap BBQ's.
Incorporated in the garden area is a Hot Tub and Sauna which is included in your stay.

Three generations of one family living in three different continents but getting together. We all enjoyed the facilities of Wyvern house. - the youngest enjoyed the play area and trampoline and Lego and books games and puzzles. The teenagers - aged 16 enjoyed the sun deck , hot tub and Sauna as did...

Everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Large table on patio for eating outside. The hot tub and sauna were very popular. The garden had swings and a trampoline for the younger children.. very enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

A large, spacious holiday home. Perfect for our multi-generational family. Close to the beach and shops. The games room,hot tub and sauna were very popular. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our holiday.
