Villa Diamantina is a beautiful, modern, and fully air-conditioned property in the exclusive community of High Ridge villa area, and comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests and offers breathtaking sea views from its terraces.

Julian’s, with stunning sea views. 🛒 Greens Supermarket – 8-minute walk, offering online shopping & free delivery. 🚕 Affordable taxis & nearby public transport provide easy access to beaches, a waterpark, and other attractions. 🚗 Secure street parking is available, though car rental is optional. Perfect for Large Groups & Events: 🏡 Belvedere, Diamantina & Sunnyside Villas are adjacent, accommodating up to 75 guests—great for group stays or weddings. Additional Costs (Paid in Cash on Arrival): ❄️ Air Conditioning: pay-per-meter (covers all units, based on usage). 📶 Wi-Fi: €5 per day (paid by cash on arrival) 💳 Refundable Security Deposit: €500 (paid by card on arrival) for group of 12 persons.
For groups of 12 or more, the refundable security deposit amount will be adjusted due to the larger group size. For bookings of 28 nights and more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation.
