Take the time to visit the ice house, the bridge... everything has remained the same since the 17th century! Close to the gîte, a territory rich in discoveries awaits you, where vineyards and olive groves mingle.
In Bize Minervois, you will discover the olive cooperative l'Oulibo.
Venturing a little further inland, you will reach the city of Minerve, which overlooks the Minervois terroir.
Close to Narbonne and the Mediterranean beaches.
On-site, you will enjoy a completely independent gîte on 3800 m² of land with parking, a private swimming pool with a large deck and sun loungers, a terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue.
Inside: a gîte with a large, fully equipped living room-kitchen (fireplace, air conditioning).
A shower room with a toilet. 3 bedrooms: 2 beds of 160cm and 2 beds of 90cm.
In the basement: a walk-through bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a reading nook, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
One bedroom with a 140cm bed.
Ginestas is near the Canal du Midi and the unique atmosphere of the port of Somail.

Une belle pièce de vie avec une cuisine très fonctionnelle.
La sdb du haut à un soucis de pression d eau. Nous avons utilisé celle du bas.

Gîte spacieux et lumineux, extrêmement bien équipé et agréable.Très belle vue et piscine.Bonne situation pour visiter les alentours : Carcassonne, Corbières, châteaux cathares, abbaye de Fontfroide, villages, plages, ...Un restaurant très bon et convivial à 5min à pied : La table du casino.

Vaste gîte propre et fonctionnel entouré d'un jardin magnifique et situé à proximité de petits commerces. Accueil convivial et chaleureux. Belles randonnées au départ du gîte et aux environs. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
