Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the gîte will be your starting point for many excursions in this region rich in heritage. In Carcassonne, you can of course visit the Cité de Carcassonne, or follow the Canal du Midi from lock to lock. Just a few kilometres away is Limoux and its famous blanquette, and a little further afield in the upper Aude valley you can try your hand at white-water sports or explore the citadels of vertigo, the Mecca of Cathar country. The Mediterranean beaches are around 1 hour away.
On site, you'll enjoy a private garden, complete with bowling green and trampoline, and the private swimming pool (5 x 3m, depth: 1.20m) gives you the chance to share pleasant moments with friends or family over a barbecue.
The garage has been converted into a relaxation area with BABY-FOOT and darts.
The gîte comprises on the ground floor:
_a living room with air-conditioned kitchen, opening onto the terrace and swimming pool.
_a separate WC.
On the first floor:
_3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm).
_Bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Free sheets and towels provided.
Heating included.
Pets accepted with a fixed fee of €20
