Very nice quiet apartment of 110 sqm, in building of character with stained glass windows, moldings, high ceilings, beautiful volumes.
Completely renovated for 6 to 8 people. 1 bedroom with 140 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140, sofa bed 140 in the living room, 1 large bathroom with Italian shower.
Separate WC. You will stay in Square Gambetta, ideally located 10 minutes walk from the medieval city and 5 minutes from the city center.
In summer the municipal pool is 10 minutes walk along the banks of the Aude quietly Free parking 2 minutes or fee just in front of the apartment.
Station 10 minutes walk.
Airport shuttle 2 minutes. You will find everything necessary for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, sheets and towels provided, kitchen. A private and shaded courtyard of 35m² will welcome you for a moment of relaxation after enjoying our beautiful region. Possibility to rent the adjacent apartment of 70 m² (see our announcement: 6797367) for large events or families!

Poca iluminación del patio interior( en nuestro caso nula iluminación). con escaleras para descender. Tuvimos que usar la linterna del móvil. Un peligro, la verdad

Bcp de charme pour cet hébergement,Les espaces de vie sont spacieux, les literies plutôt confortable, les espaces wc sdb tbien et la cuisine fonctionnelle. La proximité des centres d’intérêts de Carcassonne est idéale. Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour à Carcassonne

The place is in a good location close to the Cite. The only issues are that one bedroom is close to the main road which can be loud with cars. The other issue is the password for the wifi needs to be typed out as reading the hand written one was very difficult. Great host and even brought us extra toilet paper. It’s overall a good place to go and very private.
