Casa Helios is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, holiday home set in the beautiful grounds of the prestigious Los Almendros urbanization in Muntanya de la Sella, 1 hour from Alicante or Valencia airports.
Two double beds, a single bed, a double sofa bed and a travel cot offer flexible sleeping arrangements which can accommodate up to 6 adults and a baby. Inside the newly-renovated property, traditional Spanish charm meets modern bohemian styling to perfectly align with the calm surroundings and spectacular mountain views . Ideal for families, groups of friends or couples looking for a romantic retreat, Casa Helios offers space and serenity, but is perfectly situated just fifteen minutes from the lively town of Denia and its beautiful sandy beaches. Set in the Montgo National Park, Casa Helios is central to many beautiful walking routes, cycling routes or, if you fancy a cool down in the glorious sunshine, you can take a dip in the pool just metres from the property.
The pool is open from 9am to midnight and is surrounded by lush green lawns which benefit from the sun all day – perfect for chilling out on and topping up your tan! Downstairs: Casa Helios offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a bright and spacious open plan lounge and dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a 42-inch Full HD Smart TV, a cosy cuddler chair, and a dining area with table and chairs that offer a 180 degree view of the gardens. Follow the sunlight out through the patio doors onto your terrace where you can enjoy alfresco meals and appreciate the peaceful surroundings.
Downstairs, just off from the front door, there is a modern bathroom with toilet and sink – handy for little ones when they come in from the pool! Upstairs: Follow the original Spanish tiles upstairs and you will find two good sized bedrooms and a full bathroom with bath, shower and his & hers vanity unit.
You won’t be fighting over the bathroom mirror at Casa Helios! The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with Spanish tiles and wicker décor, sourced from the nearby village of Gata de Gorgos which is famous for producing wicker.
Bedside tables and a wardrobe with hangers provide ample space for all your clothes.
The added bonus for this lovely room is that it opens onto a large balcony with views to the mountains.
