Villa Sunnyside is a beautiful, modern, and fully air-conditioned property in the exclusive community of High Ridge villa area, and it comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests.

Julian’s, with stunning sea views. 🛒 Greens Supermarket – 8-minute walk, offering online shopping & free delivery. 🚕 Affordable taxis & nearby public transport provide easy access to beaches, a waterpark, and other attractions. 🚗 Secure street parking is available, though car rental is optional. Perfect for Large Groups & Events: 🏡 Belvedere, Diamantina & Sunnyside Villas are adjacent, accommodating up to 75 guests—ideal for large groups or weddings. Additional Costs (Paid in Cash on Arrival): ❄️ Air Conditioning: pay-per-meter (covers all units, based on usage). 📶 Wi-Fi: €5 per day (paid by cash on arrival) 💳 Refundable Security Deposit: €500 (paid by card on arrival) for group of 12 persons.
For groups of 12 or more, the refundable security deposit amount will be adjusted due to the larger group size. For bookings of 28 nights and more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wifi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons and adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation.

Finger weg, von dieser angeblichen "Villa". Kaputte Möbel, Schimmel in den Bädern, Aussenpool teilweise defekt, Treppengeländer außen am Pool defekt. Furchtbar, hat mit Villa nichts zu tun.

Big, spacious, quiet but quite close to most ameneties, minicab service meant no need to hire a car. due to the exceptionally hot weather the pool was a life saver!
A good base from which to explore the island or just relax round the pool.
