The rectangular-shaped pool, externally paved, measures 10x5 and has a depth of 1.5 metres, and is characterized by a solarium area equipped with an external shower, sunbeds and umbrellas which will help make every aperitif even more special at sunset. Guests also have at their disposal a panoramic terrace that runs along three sides of the villa: one part is furnished with a long table, umbrellas and barbecue, ideal for outdoor barbecues and one part with sofas, armchairs and a ping pong table. Parking on the property, shared with the owners who live in a second villa on the same property.Interior

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower.

Beautiful property, newly refinished, panoramic views for miles of vineyards, olive groves, and the Tuscan sunset! We were able to arrange for a chef to host a cooking class at the villa and it was fantastic! Highly recommended!
