On the ground floor 1 twin bedroom and 1 double, which can be made into a twin on request. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan living area on the second floor with Juliet balcony, TV with Freeview and DVD. Unlimited WIFI. Fully reclinable electric sofas - for those days when the British weather gets the better of you. Kitchen area with double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: small enclosed garden and a patio with table and chairs accessed via ground floor.
