It is a detached house renovated in April 2018, within a very quiet urbanization of "menorquín village" type, it has an area of 70 square meters, it consists of two bedrooms, one double (with a double bed), and the other with two single beds.
It has a large bathroom, with a large shower, a large living room and kitchen, in the house there is no air conditioning.
There is an exclusive garden of the house, of 250 meters, with table and chairs and sunbeds for sunbathing.
The house is furnished and perfectly equipped (TV with tdt, wifi, sun loungers, crockery, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven ...).
The house is oriented towards the central prairie of the urbanization.
The house is very close to the common areas of the urbanization, next to the meadow with swimming pool and 150 meters from the seafront of Cap D'artrutx.
The nearest beach (Calan Bosch) is about 700 meters walk from the house.
The house is located in a quiet residential area called Cap D'Artrutx, there are only houses around it, and in the marina of Calan Bosch you will find all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, car rental and boats, etc.
