Excellent apartment with a small terrace, located on Usandizaga street. Great for families and congressmen. The apartment is 1 minute away from Zurriola beach and the Kursaal Congress Palace, 5 minutes from de Old Town and the city center and 10 minutes from la Concha beach.

Drove from Bilbao, had a peugeot 308, which was determined to be too big for the parking spot, was directed to a paid underground parking lot at the convention center which was a 3min walk. Property is super convenient and close to everything. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Communication with host was quick and prompt. Host helped provide local recommendations, highly recommended.

This is a lovely apartment, close to the surfing beach and a short walk from Old Town.
Kepa was very helpful with both checkin and checkout. Thank you.
There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants very close.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

This property was clean, convenient and ideally located. The layout of the flat made it easy to commune with family as well as to rest when needed. The atmosphere of the neighborhood was festive and vibrant. Our host was just a message or phone call away. Thank you, Kepa!
