a cottage for 6 people maximum, 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and one room 2 single beds), the Ground Floor you will find a room 2 double beds, a room 2 single beds, the terrace, a large bathroom with large shower and toilet, upstairs you will find a large modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker and all the utensils you need for a pleasant stay, a living room with TV and DVD player as well as free WIFI, a central heating for the evening a little cold, a private balcony and the 2nd floor is a mezzanine with a large room with 1 double bed and a bathroom with toilet, the cottage is located a few meters from the heated pool.
Secure parking is available nearby.

Gîtes "Le Sud” Dordogne valley offers you "Le Romarin" a cottage for 4 people maximum, 2 bedrooms (a double room and a twin room with 2 single beds),on the Ground Floor you will find a large modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove and all the utensils you need for a pleasant stay, a lounge with TV and DVD player and free WIFI, central heating for the evening if it is a little chilly, A large shower room and toilet, a private terrace with barbecue and table and chairs a few meters from the heated pool.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with balcony and a large bed and another with 2 single beds, in the hallway is a bathroom with toilet and sink.
Secure parking is available on site.

I'm sure this cottage will charm you. "Le Romarin" is part of a complex of 4 cottages. The complex Gîtes "Le Sud" Dordogne valley is located on the northern border of the Lot department 300 m from the Dordogne River in the middle of a beautiful countryside as far as the eye can see.
At 1 km, the Bastide de Puybrun, quiet village with its church, its hotel with restaurants, pizzeria, bars, bakeries, butchers, supermarket, post office, tobacco shop and pharmacy. 5 km away, in Bretenoux-Biars, you will also find good supermarkets, banks and various shops.
Tuesday and Saturday mornings are market days in Bretenoux under the arcades of the old square. "Le Sud" is a real Quercy style farmhouse with its 19th century barns and 15 acres of gardens, meadows and fields that are abound in wild flowers (ten varieties of orchids recorded on the estate), birds (red kite), wild animals (deer), aquatic fauna .
The carefully cultivated gardens form a colorful palette that harmonizes with the ocher-coloured stone buildings.
From the first snowdrops to autumn tones, this wooded region will enchant nature lovers and those eager to relax.. "Le Sud" is at the center of prestigious historical sites such as: Rocamadour (25 minutes away), the Gouffre de Padirac Caves (15 minutes) and the Lacave Cave (30 minutes away) etc, then return to "Le Sud" for some tranquility and relaxation by the pool. The heated saline pool (12 x 6 m) surrounded by umbrellas and illuminated in the evening is available during the middle and high season for use by residents and there is also access to meadows and woods.
We are also have table tennis, badminton, croquet, a football park, basketball, petanque rink and a secure kiddies area with swings, trampoline etc .
In the adjoining barn you will find the laundry room with automatic washing machines, irons, freezer for the free use of the customers. Whether you are a Sun worshiper or a fresh water lover, you will be charmed in any season by "Le Sud" We also offer bakery classes outside the high season.
