Tax- Xirfi is a nicely converted 200 year old farmhouse situated in the small village of Kercem. It is 5 min drive away from Victoria and ten minutes from the nearest beach Xlendi.
The farmhouse comprises of a large arched lounge with open log fire-place , TV , free internet access, a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and dinning combined and also a small courtyard on the ground floor.On the first floor there are two sunny terraces,a bbq area and two bedrooms, one of them en suite .All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The A/C are connected to a coin metre pay per use.

Generally a really good place to stay regarding the price-performance ratio! The only issue we had every now and then was the flushing of the toilet but that was nothing major - so all in all happy with our stay :) also very friendly host - always answered very quickly!!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Kercem. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. die Bushaltestelle liegt in 2min Gehweg entfernt und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker 5min entfernt.Das Haus ist sehr alt mit viel Charme, falls man allerdings Comfort möchte sollt...
