The property has been completely modernised to provide a spacious comfortable living space.
Walk out of the patio or back door and a few steps will take you on to the safe sandy beaches of the Nature Reserve.
There is a large west facing private roof terrace with far reaching views over the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve.
Olhao,Faro, Cultura island and San Miguel mountain can all be seen in the distance.
The large private roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing, dining out and watching the wonderful Algarve sunset, also fantastic for star gazing.
There is a south facing patio area outside the back door with a chimney style bbq, dining table with seating and a gate to the beach with a cold water shower.
There is a further seating area under the covered front balcony which lead to the stairs to the roof terrace.
All of the outside area's have lighting for sitting out in the lovely warm evenings.
There are 3 bedrooms and a wc located of off the main hallway.
A connecting privacy door takes you in to the large main living area.
Comfortable seating in the lounge has views through the triple opening patio doors over the beach and Ria Formosa.Free wifi is available throughout the house.
A large modern bathroom with wc,bidet and walk in rain shower is accessed from this room.
A fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area were installed in 2024, The side door leads out to the south facing patio and bbq area.
The property has free wifi and multi channel tv .
We are 5 minutes from the ferry, shops and restaurants.

The house is for a maximum of 6 persons including children.
We can supply a free travel cot for babies.
We cannot allow extra persons to stay and they will be asked to leave or we reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund. LINEN AND TOWELS The property is self catering, we supply fresh bed linen and towels but not beach towels. SMOKING. We have a very strict no smoking policy in the property.
Please respect this as we do not want to have to charge you for a deep clean to remove the odour, smoking is permitted in the outside area's. CLEANING. The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival, we do expect you to leave it clean to avoid any additional cleaning charges. CCTV. This was an amazing choice! Couldn't be better located for a quiet week with a 4year old. Amazing venue. Only thing is the bed (couple bed) was not good at all... And it would be good to have small lamps by the beds in the other rooms. Other than that it was amazing! Very good kitchen and terrace and most of all, getting out of the house directly to the beach. thank you.
