Century House is a 4 bedroomed detached house with the 3 first floor bedrooms offering superior quality king size ‘zip and link' double beds (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus the 4th bedroom on the ground floor accommodates a pair of adult sized bunk beds, all made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels.
The main 1st floor bathroom is fitted with a generous sized corner bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin and all towels are provided.
There is a en-suite shower room off the main bedroom plus a ground toilet and wash hand basin under the stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with all essential mod cons and leads into a large lounge diner with two six seater tables and 12 chairs with one of the dining tables being able to convert into a pool/snooker and table tennis table, so when not being used for dining can keep young and old amused.
The lounge area has a large comfy corner sofa and additional seating plus a centre fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD player. The front driveway has off road parking for 2 cars and the rear garden has a patio area accessed via French doors from the lounge with the possibility of hiring in a Hot Tub, if desired (Conditions apply - please contact us for further details and costings). All bedding and towelling is provided, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request.
Additional linen is available at £25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel. Child cots, highchairs and stairgates also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own childs bedding). Century House is pet friendly and we warmly welcome up to 3 medium sized well behaved four legged friends at an additional cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. (However, to be fair to our neighbours no continuous barkers please). All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider.
If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels (in particular out in the gardens and outside areas into the evenings) then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties.
If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours. In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card.
This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay.
The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. Our advertised prices are calculated on the number of people requested and may go up or down if amended. Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners' Discretion

The house suited our family group of 8 really well. The house was clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. Although we had a couple of mishaps during our stay the property manager dealt with them efficiently and politely. We would stay in this property again.

The house is clean and comfortable and reasonably well appointed.
A problem with the boiler was attended to quickly.
The damages deposit was repaid in full.

Beautiful park and priddys harbour a short walk away. Great for walking the dogs and lovely views of spinnaker tower. The garden at the property disappointing as covered with leaves and needed some attention. Lack of chairs to sit out apart from large bench which was not comfortable for long periods...
