Character cottage, with stones, exposed beams, wooden frame, fitted out in the old attic of a working farmhouse, adjoining the owners' house (located in the hamlet of Château Roussillon). 1st floor: living room with kitchen area opening onto a large partly covered patio terrace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, separate toilet.
Large shared garden with trees with pétanque court and table tennis, possible access, accompanied by the owner, to the agricultural property.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est très bien situé, au calme, à 12 min de Perpignan, 30 min de Collioure... Et pas loin de la frontière espagnole. Un supermarché est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture ainsi que des commerces. Le gîte est agréable,confortable et bien équipé mais il manque juste une planche à repasser.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires. L'appartement est très beau et il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour y passer de bonnes vacances. L'emplacement est très bon et on est très vite à la plage. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

La campagne à la ville, desservie par les bus, c'est très pratique. Séjour très agréable dans un vieux mas traditionnel en pierre du pays qui garde bien au frais, agrémenté d'un joli parc.Bien au calme chez une famille de maraîchers, très accueillants, dont nous pouvons acheter les délicieux produits au magasin, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour
