This spacious 3-story townhouse is conveniently located in a peaceful and safe location on the Kamala hills, embraced by the warm atmosphere of nature and types of conveniences such as shops, restaurants, the beach, local markets, and spas (3-5 minutes drive). We recommend renting scooters or a car to fully enjoy the area and the island.
On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living area with a dining table and a kitchen, as well as a lounge with a leather sofa facing a semi-covered pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering, whether it be a quick breakfast or a dinner meal.
The first floor offers two spacious en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private balcony with chairs and also boasts a Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom.
The top floor offers a spacious terrace and features a sundeck with loungers and beautiful views of the city, Andaman Sea, and surrounding mountains. Shady sala with outdoor furniture creates a peaceful personal space to enjoy the outdoors, relax, and entertain.
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 10 baht per kw used plus 100THB/night. We will meet you and collect Security Deposit for electric usage on arrival.
