Each bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the living area features a full-size sofa.

Guests can unwind in the living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.

For your convenience, all essential linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May.

Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment.
