Neighbours live and work in the area and are not to be disturbed. COMPLAINTS – The Council is very strict and will shut short term holiday let homes down if there is even 1 complaint from neighbours.

Tenants can be fined $3000 and home owners can lose their licence to lease.

Complaints are usually due to NOISE, MUSIC, INCORRECT USE OF GARBAGE BINS, CARS PARKED INCORRECTLY etc.
