According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, basketball courts, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has noise alarms. 6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or buck's bookings. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. No pets. 10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking. 11. The pool and spa equipment area is off limits.
Tampering can cause damage and repair costs may be charged to the guests. 12. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout. 13.
For security and guest safety, exterior cameras are installed on the property.
These are only in outdoor areas and do not record inside the house or any private spaces.
