All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. 5.
All pets are to be leashed at all times outside the home.
Unleashed pet fines from HOA will be passed on to the guest.
The guest is responsible for their dogs or pets. If Day Drinking Properties is harmed by the pet's, Day Drinking Properties will pass the expense to the guest for immediate payment. 6.
The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed (10) people, not including a child in a crib. 7.
Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties. 8.
Smoking of any kind inside is restricted.
Smoking inside the unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee. 9.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). 10.
Tenant agrees Day Drinking Property is not responsible for any packages/items shipped/delivered to the property and will pay a $100 handling fee if staff is required to locate and/or ship packages on the tenants behalf. checking out on time interferes with our cleaning service a $100.00 fee will be charged to the card on file. 11.
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Tennessee, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises.
Failure to abide by the laws of Tennessee or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

Failure to complete the guest verification may result in cancellation of the booking. 2.

Unleashed pet fines from HOA will be passed on to the guest.
The guest is responsible for their dogs or pets. If Day Drinking Properties is harmed by the pet's, Day Drinking Properties will pass the expense to the guest for immediate payment. 6.
The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed (10) people, not including a child in a crib. 7.
Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties. 8.
Smoking of any kind inside is restricted.
Smoking inside the unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee. 9.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). 10.
Tenant agrees Day Drinking Property is not responsible for any packages/items shipped/delivered to the property and will pay a $100 handling fee if staff is required to locate and/or ship packages on the tenants behalf. checking out on time interferes with our cleaning service a $100.00 fee will be charged to the card on file. 11.
Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Tennessee, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises.
Failure to abide by the laws of Tennessee or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
