Laundry Cottage consists of a main building with a king size bedroom, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom, with a kitchen/diner, sitting room with woodburning stove, a library, and a boot room. The Annexe consists of a double, King (zip-linked) 1 twin, and a single, serviced by a shower room and bathroom. There is a kitchen. Amenities include an electric range oven and gas hob, electric two-ring hob, two microwaves, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two kettles and two toasters, plus a TV and selection of books. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 0.7 miles, beach 0.9 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore Devon with a stay at Laundry Cottage.
