A Superb 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom property completed in July 2021, the property has been creatively designed to provide ample space for couples and families alike.
The property features two kings sized bedrooms (one with fabulous views) with one bedroom which is able to be split to make two small singles as long as requested in advance of your arrival.
A delightful lounge with Sky Tv and feature fireplace provides a great place to relax and put your feet up after a day on the fells.
The open plan kitchen dining space with its dual entrance in tones of white and deep grey is a really welcoming space whether for a hearty breakfast, easy takeaway or a restaurant inspired meal. The family bathroom is a bright and modern space which has both a bath with shower over plus a large vanity sink unit with mirror above. We Live locally - we are available at anytime and happy to offer any advice regarding how to make the best of your Lake District Stay.
We are keen walkers and enjoy dining out in the many restaurants in the local area. We operate a self check in service, which will be sent 2 days prior to arrival. The property is dog friendly for 1 well behaved pet which must not be left in the property unattended or on the furniture, there is an £15 additional charge per stay.
Any damages to the property guests will be liable to pay for. The property is ideally located to explore the mighty fells that surround Coniston, A bus service runs between Hawkshead and Ambleside but if you wish to explore further afield a car is recommended

We loved the location as Coniston is not so touristy and still very scenic.We loved the size, layout, quality of furnishing and white goods in the flat. There is everything needed for self catering but very good pubs and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend High Wythow

Lovely location and a lovely apartment with views all across. It is evident there has been attention to detail and amenities are admirable. Even a HDMI cable is there if needed and every room has TV which works great. A great location to visit Lake District.
