On the ground floor from the rear (first floor from the front) the property features a spacious open plan kitchen dining space with a contemporary kitchen featuring Bosch appliances and large farmhouse table.
Leading off the hall is a cosy lounge with sumptuous velvet, natural hues and a quirky log burner, perfect for relaxed evenings or cosy days in front of the fire.
From the main hallway, the next floor has two Superking sized bedrooms (one en-suite) of which one bedroom can be split into two singles if required.
The large family bathroom has a beautiful freestanding bath, large shower cubicle and feature sink stand . An additional WC is also available on the top and ground floors so bath time isn't un interrupted. To the first floor is the loft room with two single beds, additional WC and home working space (please note as this room is in the eaves the headroom is a little reduced) A parking permit is available with the nearest park only a five minute walk from the property .

Located in the heart of Ambleside, restaurants, bars and shops are available directly from the doorstep! We love the fact that once you arrive you may not need to move the car again as many walks can start from the front door, alternatively a frequent bus service can take you to other areas of the Lake District
