Located directly on the seafront, the terrace of this beautiful flat is without a doubt an almost magical place to enjoy a delicious breakfast or a glass of wine in the afternoon hours while you let your gaze wander over the beautiful crystalline sea. A dream come true! Walk 30 metres to the beach and treat yourself to a dip in the sea.
The interior of this flat, which is located on the 2nd floor without a lift, will delight you with its modernity and pleasant tranquillity. The living and dining area, which is equipped with air conditioning, is perfect for relaxing in front of the satellite TV or enjoying a meal together. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary cooking utensils. The washing machine, ironing board and iron are also located here. The two bedrooms in the flat are each equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe and access to the terrace. Both a baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Lastly, but no less important, is the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower.
The location of the flat, directly in Cala Millor, is a real privilege, with one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches in Mallorca on crystal clear waters. This beautiful coastal town offers everything you need to feel at home; a variety of restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds. The Son Severa golf club is only 4.2 km away. Any additional costs must be requested from the provider. Pets are not allowed. Parties or similar events are not permitted.
