Property Description
The finca features a well-maintained outdoor area with a garden, at the center of which is the 7m x 4m pool.
Our guests love the private pool, which is between 0.8m and 1.9m deep and kept clean with chlorine.
On hot summer days, you can alternate between the sun loungers and the cool water, have breakfast together with friends and family on the veranda, and in the evenings, spoil your loved ones with a barbecue.
The upper terrace is a romantic retreat for two. The property is fenced and there are some neighbors around. Inside the holiday home, there is a Mediterranean flair, with the rooms spread across 250m2 and two living levels.
The air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV is located on the ground floor, as is the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. Two of the four bedrooms and a shower room are also downstairs.
Both have two single beds each, a wardrobe, and air conditioning.
The other two air-conditioned bedrooms are on the first floor.
The first has a double bed, wardrobe, and private shower room, while the second has two single beds, a wardrobe, and access to the upper terrace.
Another shower room is available on the first floor.
A baby cot and a high chair will be gladly prepared upon request.
Naturally, the house offers a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. The holiday home is located in the quiet residential area of Cala Egos, which belongs to Cala D'Or. In the nearest bay, Caló des Pou, you can enjoy fine sand and palm trees.
The marina is also not far away.
If you wish, you can visit the military base Fortí, dating back to 1730, which is now a public museum.
In Cala D'Or and Santanyi, you will find everything you need as a self-caterer.
The Mondragó Natural Park is particularly beautiful for walking or for relaxing on one of the two sandy beaches. Air conditioning can be used from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any additional costs must be inquired about with the provider.
