This newly decorated, spacious, 3 bedroom apartment is perfectly located in the bustling district of Finnieston in the West End of Glasgow.
This period, Glasgow tenement is characteristic of its era and features large open spaces, high ceilings and lots of natural light. The perfect home away from home.
The Finnieston location is often referred to as the "hippest place in Britain". With its plethora of trendy bars, classy restaurants, shops & even a concert venue, there is plenty to see & do.
There is a lockbox on site, the code will be provided upon booking. Guests can arrive and have access at any time after 4pm on the day their stay begins.
For check out, guests can leave at any time prior to 10am. Please do get in touch if you need an early check in or late check out, we will always try to accomodate your needs wherever possible. PLEASE NOTE THE STRICT NO PARTY POLICY AND THE MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 21 No stag/hen dos. The apartment is located in a communal building where consideration must be paid to neighbouring residents. If any stains from makeup, food, hair dye or drinks are left on towels or bed linen, after a wash cycle, you will be charged accordingly. - No pets. - Strictly NO parties, including groups gathering during the day. - Strictly NO extra people without agreement, otherwise everyone will be vacated immediately and the booking account holder will be charged £25 for every extra undeclared guest.
Police enforcement will be involved if required. - Strictly NO smoking & NO drugs throughout the property or communal area.
Smoking inside will result in a minimum £150 deep cleaning fee. - It is very important to adhere to the City Council Laws â Quiet hours are from 22:00-07:00. If neighbours complain of continuous, excessive noise during these times then your reservation may result in an immediate cancellation, without a refund. If you have a complaint on any aspect of the property e.g. amenities, cleanliness etc., you are authorising a member from the Bnb Guru team to come into the property to solve/repair the problem up to the standards stated on the platform. Failure to provide us with access to the property or if you raise a complaint after you check out is a violation of the T&Câs, thus no refund/compensation will be given. BnB Guru Booking Terms and Conditions Check-in: The check-in is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Bnb Guru will contact you 24hrs prior to your arrival to confirm your check-in time and send instructions. Check-out: You must checkout by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Please note that late checkout is chargeable. Cancellation: Refer to the cancellation policy stated on Airbnb. Payment: Your booking channel handles all payments.

Such damage must be reported, without delay, to Bnb Guru.
The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with, and paid to, Bnb Guru.
You are responsible for ensuring that no person staying or visiting the property during your stay will suffer anything which would endanger the policy of our insurers in respect of the property and its contents which might make the same void or voidable.
If the property is extremely dirty after check out, beyond what a courteous guest will normally leave a home in, you will be charged accordingly. Use of Property: Parties or gatherings where occupants of neighbouring properties might be disturbed are strictly not allowed.
If, on arrival, it is felt you are intending to use the property for such an event you may be refused entrance.
If it is discovered that you are holding such an event after arrival everyone will be required to leave immediately and the booking account holder will be charged £25 for every extra undeclared guest.
Police enforcement will be involved if required.
Bnb Guru are not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation.
No refund, including your deposit, will be returned. Loss or theft of personal belongings: Bnb Guru are not responsible for the loss, theft and/or damage of your personal belongings during your stay in any property booked.
Therefore you are advised to ensure you have appropriate insurances in place.
If you have left personal belongings behind, please email Bnb Guru immediately.
We will do our best to return your item safely back to you however you will be charged administration (£10), postage and packaging fees. Number of Occupants: You are responsible for ensuring that the property is not occupied by more guests than it is stated on your reservation, which is set to the number of beds in the property.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the property if we feel this condition is likely to be breached.
In this case, no refund, including the security deposit, will be returned.

It is very important to adhere to the City Council Laws by keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. This includes causing any sort of nuisance or disruption to fellow guests or using threatening or abusive behaviour towards a member of staff on the phone, in writing or in person.

An additional charge of £70 will be made if the management team is called out in response to a nuisance complaint. Others - the SEC & Hydro are minutes away and are quickly becoming one of Scotland's premier music and conference venues. This beautiful apartment offers 3 spacious bedrooms (1 King and 2 doubles), a large living /dining space consisting of 2 large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and a dining table for 6 people. There is a main bathroom with a bathtub and shower as well as an en suite bathroom. The newly fitted kitchen is complete with an island/breakfast bar, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave as well as a Nespresso coffee maker and another sofa which can also double up as a sofa bed. Please note, there is a bar below the property and they often have live bands playing on Fridays & Saturdays. Although not unbearable, some people may find this disturbing. The apartment has been furnished to a high standard with quality decor and cotton bed linens. A travel cot can be provided upon request.

We stayed almost two weeks in Suzy’s apartment. Location is great with plenty of eating options along Argyle Street as well as an easy walk to Kelvingrove galleries, Byres Road, etc. All amenities were exactly as described. The only downside was a lack of nearby parking, but this isn’t applicable only to Suzy’s place. Highly recommended and very enjoyable,

Great part of the city with park nearby. It is above a pub with live music so a bit of noise on weekend nights. Not just the music but loud patrons spilled into the streets.
