Luxury Villa in the Heart of Nerja!
Imagine stepping out of your door, turning left, walking eighty meters, and… lounging on the beach! Another excellent alternative is to sit on a terrace and order a nice cold sangria! Anything is possible.
This wonderful house is located on Calle Carabeo, right in the heart of Nerja.
You will enjoy your own private pool with a sun-drenched terrace while taking in magnificent views of the beach and the Mediterranean. Location and Exterior Here, your car can also take a break… The house is just a two-minute walk from restaurants, shops, and tapas bars, as well as wonderful beaches like Playa Carabeillo and Playa Carabeo.
Nevertheless, the house has its own private parking.
Should you prefer to visit the most interesting places in Andalusia without driving, you can arrange a guided excursion or use public transport at the bus station located eight hundred meters away.
The house features a spacious terrace equipped with sun loungers, an attractive private pool, and a small pool perfect for sitting and enjoying a cocktail.
A large awning shades the seating area, making it a magnificent spot to enjoy a meal in the shade.
The house also offers a barbecue and garden furniture.
Descending a few steps, you will find a lawned garden with magnificent views of the beach below.
At the end of the garden is a "chill-out" corner with comfortable garden chairs and views of the Mediterranean and the Balcón de Europa. For families with children, we are pleased to inform you that there is also a shared pool where children can make new friends.
On the first floor, we have another sun terrace with sea views – this terrace is only accessible through one of the bedrooms. Notes: * The Nerja Town Hall intends to block Calle Carabeo with a bollard.
At this time, we do not know if said street will be accessible for guests who have a parking space available there, as there is a lack of information from the Town Hall.
We will try to ensure that access is facilitated, but it is still too early to know.
