This charming seaside resort will introduce you to its assets (Mediterranean beaches, the Leucate Cliff, the local terroir with its oysters and wine).
During your stay, you can do everything on foot; everything is less than 5 minutes away: small supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents/tobacco shops, ice cream parlors, market...
Its exceptional location will allow you to enjoy idleness and the sunshine of the South.
Numerous events take place in the commune of Leucate every year (Mondial du Vent, Rugby Spring, various evenings...).
On-site, at the cottage, you can enjoy a large, tree-filled garden of 88m2 with a terrace and garden furniture, a barbecue, and also a small storage area for equipment.
The cottage comprises on the ground floor a living room with a kitchenette and a dining table.
A separate shower room with a shower and sink.
A separate toilet.
A first bedroom with a 140cm bed.
The upper floor opens onto a lounge area with a sofa bed and TV.
A second bedroom with a 2-person bunk bed (80cm) and a single 80cm bed.
A second separate toilet with a hand basin.
Sheets and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as options; towels are not provided.
Well-behaved pets are accepted.
Reversible air conditioning.
Le Gîte des Yoles is located in an idyllic holiday setting, just 200m from the beautiful beaches of Leucate.
Everything is within walking distance: the beach and the town center are 200m away.
A bike rental shop is located 500m from the cottage.
Electricity consumption: a flat rate of 2 kWh/day/person is included in the price.
Beyond this, consumption will be payable at the end of your stay to the owner (based on meter readings upon arrival and departure).

Très bon séjour. Gite parfaitement adaptée à notre situation avec nos deux chiens.Un extérieur sécurisé et sympa.A proximité de belles balades, à deux pas de la plage...Bref un séjour ressourçant !Merci à la propriétaire des lieux et certainement à bientôt en hors saison !
