Eine aussagekräftige Informationsmappe mit den wichtigsten Hinweisen. Keine haandgeschriebene Zettel quer im Haus verteilt und nur in dänisch. Wenn man an deutsche Gäste vermietet, sollte auch eine entsprechende Satelitenanlage mit mehr als einem deutschen Sendern zur Verfügung stehen.

Dieses Haus hat eine geniale Lage am Meer, schöner Blick aus dem Wintergarten und von der Terrasse (sowie aus einigen Räumen) aufs Wasser. Insgesamt sehr geräumig, da es sich wohl um ein ehemaliges Wohnhaus handelt, dadurch ist das Haus selbst aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Fußböden sind neu, Möbel gut in Schuss, alles tip top sauber.
