The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep.
The apartment is located next to Avinguda Paralel, 15 minutes away from Plaza de España. - The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy! - After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes. - This apartment has physical keys, make sure we scheduled your check in and check out! - During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team! *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50⬠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.
This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports.
This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⬠charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. We had a great stay in this apartment. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. I would recommend this for anybody looking for a simple, nice, place to stay.

Check in process was awful. We spent half a day trying to figure it out. Luckily a neighbor tried to help us decipher the instructions.
