Ideally located in Aix-en-Provence, this spacious apartment, situated on the ground floor of the residence, is the perfect starting point for exploring the lively city centre while remaining close to the main roads leading to the region’s many attractions.
Whether you are visiting for a weekend or an extended stay, this apartment will feel like a true home away from home. As soon as you arrive, the living room invites you to unwind with its comfortable corner sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The dining area, with a table that can seat up to six guests, is ideal for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a large fridge-freezer, and all the crockery and utensils required for six people.
You will have everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals with ease. The apartment features three separate bedrooms, each carefully furnished for your comfort.
Every bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe for your belongings, and a fan. One of the bedrooms is arranged as a private suite and also benefits from its own shower room and balcony, perfect for starting the day at a relaxed pace. The main bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
A separate toilet provides additional convenience.
Bed linen and towels are included, allowing you to travel light. Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning.
However, fans are provided in every bedroom, and the living room is equipped with a misting fan to provide additional cooling during your stay. Outside, you will benefit from easy and free parking.
A car park is located directly opposite the residence, and on-street parking is free overnight.
