Located in San Miguel de Abona, Tenerife, this ground-floor apartment of 45 m² (as shown in the photos, with small windows) accommodates up to 4 guests.
There are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds—, a sofa bed in the living room, and 1 bathroom.
This is an affordable, cozy, and practical option for those looking for a comfortable base to explore Tenerife. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with basic spices, air conditioning, fan, TV, washing machine, and Wi-Fi. As a welcome touch, the bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Relax in the shared heated outdoor pool and children’s area.
Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area, and quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. must be respected.
From September 1 to December 30, 2026, the pool will be temporarily closed for renovations, including a new sun terrace, loungers, saline purification system, and two heated pools for adults and children. You have access to 1 shared parking space on the premises, as well as street parking.
Pets are not allowed, smoking indoors and events are prohibited.
Self check-in is available for your convenience. The apartment is in the peaceful Fairways Village area, well connected and close to the coast, golf courses, water parks, and essential services.
Enjoy nearby beaches, hiking, local restaurants, and traditional markets.
The shopping center in Las Chafiras is just 4 minutes by car (15–20 minutes on foot), with shops, restaurants, a cinema, supermarket, gym, and parking.
