On this property there are 3 renovated houses with 11 apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far from each other and therefore there is a lot of privacy. The apartment Il Grano is located next to the pool and is suitable for 5 people.
The property is located on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the municipalities of Piobbico, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains of the area.
The apartment Avena is located in the rustic house next to the pool and is located on the first floor with 2 private balconies. It is furnished in a cozy and homely way. It has 1 separate bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. The apartment also has a private garden equipped for outdoor dining.

Nach einer langen Fahrt einzuchecken und die wartende Flasche Wein als Überraschung vorzufinden, war schön. Die Terrasse wirkte privat mit bequemen Gartenstühlen, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein gemütlicher Ort mit leichtem Zugang zu nahegelegenen Orten machte die Reise lohnenswert.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem geräumigen Wohnbereich für drei Erwachsene. Die praktische Küche sowie die Terrasse luden dazu ein, abends zu entspannen bevor man nahegelegene Orte wie Urbino erkundete. Der Pool direkt nebenan sorgte an warmen Tagen für angenehme Erfrischung nach Wanderungen im Candigliano-Tal.

Bin nach Mitternacht angekommen, aber die Wohnung war ruhig und bereit zum Einzug, das machte es einfach sich einzuleben. Der private Garten bei Avena ist ein toller Platz für den Morgenkaffee. Die Lage ermöglicht eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre.
