Awel Y Mor is a charming holiday home nestled in the coastal town of Prestatyn in the scenic province of Denbighshire.

Awel Y Mor consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Smart TV, electric fire, dining seating and a breakfast bar with seating for four, a games room and a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with TV, juliet balcony and en-suite walk-in shower, a ground-floor double with TV and juliet balcony, a ground-floor triple bunk with TV and a twin with TV and en-suite corner bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. There is a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking and furniture plus off-road parking. Pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.7 miles and a beach within 1.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The path down is sloped. This property has a good housekeeping bond of GBP450. Please note: The hot tub may take a few hours to warm up.
