The Boathouse @ Banff Links is a beautiful spacious self catering holiday home with beautiful non restricted fabulous sea views situated on the award winning Banff Links beach.
The peaceful location is perfect for a family break or a relaxed holiday.
The Boathouse overlooks a well equipped children play park where the children can explore the play park or the beach.
The play park can be accessed from the lounge/kitchen door which leads to the garden steps.
We want to to make your stay as enjoyable as possible with the house being furnished to a high standard to make your stay relaxing and memorable.
Our coastal trail allows guest to explore the beauty of the North East with many fishing villages like Gardenstown, Crovie and Pennan or explore our beautiful castles and woodland walks where you can find Duff House on our door step.
Whitehills is a beautiful fishing village which is a short walk from The Boathouse which boasts a beautiful marina in the old harbour.
Banff marina is also a short walk away where you can watch the creel boats and yachts and enjoy the stunning views over to Macduff.
Macduff is a working harbour where you can see the trawlers coming and going.
In an evening The Northern Lights can make an appearance and are always a hit with guests who capture breath taking pictures. The Boathouse has a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave oven and electric hob and oven.
A washing machine and tumble dryer is also provided for guests convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen table that seats 4 comfortably.
The open plan lounge is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and a large foot stool, smart tv, blue ray DVD player, wireless fibre broadband along with a selection of DVDs for guest to enjoy.
The toilet/utility room on the ground floor has a washing machine, tumble dryer and toilet and wash hand basin.
This toilet/utility room is a great size for golf trolleys etc.
There are two bedrooms, bedroom 1 has 1 double bed with plenty storage drawers and a wardrobe along with a tv.
Bedroom two has two single beds with oak furniture, tv and gaming console.
Upstairs boasts the larger bathroom with a bath and shower overhead, toilet and wash hand basin.
There is also a spacious cupboard upstairs for towels, ironing board etc.

This was our second visit to The Boathouse this year and it was fantastic again. We love the setup and the view of Banff beach and the ocean. A very comfortable home from home that we highly recommend.We will be back

A great place to stay for a short break at the seaside, well equipped and comfortable.Need to mention that the communication links to the owner provided by Vrbo were broken, something we reported to Vrbo at the time. The owner was very helpful in any case and we had a great time.
