Penthouse in a residential complex with a fantastic private community pool. The apartment has two terraces on both sides, with different orientations to the ocean and Teide, to the street and to the interior of the complex, which allows you to take advantage of the sun throughout the day. It is located in one of the best areas of Los Cristianos, 5 min walk from Playa de las Vistas.
The apartment is located on the third floor, it is the attic of one of the many buildings that make up the complex. The main room consists of a living room-kitchen and on both sides are the two terraces.
On the terrace that overlooks the street with the sea in the background, an outdoor recreation space has been created with a set of armchairs and an extendable awning to create a chill-out atmosphere to enjoy both during the day and at fall. of the sun. The other terrace faces the opposite side facing the interior of the complex and the mountains, so that on clear days the peak of the majestic Teide can be seen in the distance.

Despite being in the center, it is one of the quietest neighborhoods in the area. Around there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafeterias and supermarkets. Also right at the entrance of the complex is Easybikerent, where guests can rent bikes to easily explore Los Cristianos and the Americas during their stay.

We had a great time at this place. Great location,close to the beach and many restaurants around. Having 2 terraces meant we could sit in the sun the entire day. Literally everything about the house itself was amazing. Just keep in mind that parking can be a bit of a pain during the day because the apartment is close to the beach.

The area is nice really closed to the beach the two Terrasse are good you have all the time sun but the one is directly to the street and there is many trafficThe furnisher had better times in the past even the TV without sat connextionBut we don t need it :)

This place was perfect for my partner and I’s holiday! The location is great, very close to the beach and the areas of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. We made use of the pool as well as the deck chairs on the balcony area almost every day. The host was very responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay!
