This three bedroom farmhouse is located in a quiet area with on street parking and amenities close by. The house is just a 4 minute walk from the village square of Xaghra where there is a varied selection of restaurants and bars. Not far away are the megalithic temples of Ggantija.

Sights nearby include the Xerri Grotto, Ninu Cave, Calypso Cave, Ta' Kola Windmill, Toy Museum and the nearest sandy beach of Ramla Bay, which is only 9 minutes away by car.

The house is built of traditional limestone and has architectural features that give it charm and character. It is spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. With a living and dining area, a kitchen overlooking the outdoor pool and a barbecue area, this farmhouse is an ideal place to relax, unwind and recharge your batteries.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area, a kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen area is equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The kitchen/dining area overlooks an outdoor swimming pool. The outside area includes a shaded area for our guests to dine al fresco in comfort, as well as a barbecue, sun loungers and chairs.

A beautiful curved stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Two of these bedrooms have access to a spacious and sunny terrace overlooking the outdoor pool. One of the bedrooms leads onto a separate terrace overlooking the street. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, fans and air conditioning for both hot and cold air. Air conditioning is included in the price. A cot can easily be placed in all bedrooms if required. Wi-Fi is available throughout.

All beds are made up with the appropriate bed linen, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. Guests are also provided with 3 large and 3 medium towels for the bathroom, 3 face towels and 2 pool towels per person. For bookings of 10 nights or more, we offer free room service and a weekly change of bed linen and towels.

Thanks to its spacious layout, it is suitable for couples, families and groups.
