The spacious living and dining room is the heart of the home, with a bright and inviting atmosphere, ideal for moments of conviviality and relaxation. From this area, you can directly access the outdoor space, creating a harmonious connection between the indoors and outdoors.


On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both comfortable and well-decorated. This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional WC, ensuring comfort and practicality.


The master suite is located on the first floor, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering complete privacy and convenience.


The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates harmoniously with the other areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay.


Outside, the villa features a charming leisure area with a private pool (which can be heated for an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A space with a BBQ and dining table invites relaxed outdoor moments, while the foosball table guarantees fun for all ages.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, flexibility may be possible in the low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.


This is a self-catered property. For your convenience, food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).


Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.





Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking. We can also arrange transfers if you need them.


Group deposit: €200 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
