From this area, you can access the outdoor space directly, creating a harmonious connection between the indoors and outdoors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both comfortable and well-decorated.
This floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional WC, ensuring comfort and practicality. The first floor houses the master suite, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, offering complete privacy and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is harmoniously integrated with the other areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay. Outside, the villa features a charming leisure area with a private pool (heated at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. A space with a BBQ and a dining table invites relaxed outdoor moments, while the foosball table guarantees fun for all ages. For your convenience, grocery baskets can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: €200 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 6 guests. The villa was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the table football outside. The location is quiet but still close to great beaches and restaurants.
